Job summary

Aramark Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Plumbing for a permanent role in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. The position reports to the onsite manager and requires a plumbing trade qualification with multi-skilled FM maintenance capability.

Must be qualified in plumbing trade with experience in mechanical and building services maintenance.
Plumbing background with multi-skilled FM maintenance delivery.
Experience in BMS and control systems is an advantage.
Excel competency is essential.
Flexibility for weekend work on an ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities

Undertake maintenance repairs, installations or servicing as specified by Aramark/client.
Comply with company procedures on client premises and safety rules.
Observe health and safety requirements and maintain safe working practices.
Maintain all company-issued equipment in a clean, serviceable state.
Complete paperwork accurately and legibly at all times.
Develop good working relationships with clients and staff.
Locate and purchase equipment to facilitate prompt service.
Ensure professional qualifications are up to date.
Support helpdesk through effective communication and efficiency.
Prepare permits and supervise subcontractors on site.
Keep the work area tidy and dispose of waste per procedures.
