Job summary

Teamworx Ltd in Limerick is recruiting for a General Manager to lead all aspects of shop operations, overseeing Front of House and Kitchen teams, and to take full ownership of a successful shop. You will coach and develop managers, drive recruitment, onboarding and training, manage performance, labour, stock and profitability, and uphold top standards of service, food safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in hospitality, food retail or another fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead large teams and develop future leaders.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing business performance.

The brand is famous for freshly prepared, natural food and 100% organic coffee, with every shop featuring its own on-site kitchen where teams prepare food from scratch throughout the day.

We're looking for an experienced and inspiring General Manager to lead all aspects of shop operations, overseeing both Front of House and Kitchen teams while developing future leaders and taking full ownership of a successful shop.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and inspiring Front of House and Kitchen teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and outstanding food quality
• Creating a positive, inclusive culture and building a strong succession plan to develop future leaders
