Job summary

MasterTherm Ireland Ltd is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive commercial performance from the Ireland base, reporting to the Company Board.

You will coordinate technical, commercial, project, service, finance, administration and logistics functions, translate strategy into budgets and plans, ensure risk controls and clear ownership across the full project lifecycle. Travel to project sites and partners is involved.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• TranslateBoard strategy into annual operating plans and departmental objectives.
• Allocate resources according to priorities, capacity and profitability.
• Standardise workflows from enquiry through service and handover.
• Establish ownership, risk controls and effective communications across functions.
• Provide timely management information to the Board.
• Manage budgets, cash flow and major commercial risks.
• Oversee project delivery, service, logistics and stakeholder engagement.
