• Minimum five years in a senior management or general management role.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver long-term strategic plans.
• Experience managing budgets, facilities and resources.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a three-year strategic plan and monitor progress.
• Lead day-to-day operations across site facilities, accommodation and events.
• Oversee marketing, visitor engagement and partnerships.
