Popeyes UK Chicken & Pizza Ltd is seeking a General Manager in Ireland to lead a high-volume Popeyes restaurant with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will own performance, drive sales, manage costs, and develop a growing team across all operations.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
• Ability to deliver quality,safetyand cleanliness standards at all time
• Track recordof hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs
• Experience withlabourscheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
• Strong people leadership,you'vebuilt teams and developed future talent
• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial
