Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I on Westoreland St is seeking a Brand Ambassador Manager to lead guest experience and our Brand Ambassador team. You will coach, inspire and set the gold standard for service, ensuring every guest feels special, valued and welcome.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, handle feedback, partner with the management team, and drive culture on the floor. The role blends leadership with hands-on presence to maintain high standards, even during peak periods.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for people, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing environment
• Strong coaching and people-development skills, with the confidence to give clear and constructive feedback
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• A calm, confident approach when handling challenging situations or busy periods
• A positive, energetic and engaging leadership style
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to different people and situations
• A guest-first mindset and the drive to raise service standards
• The resilience to stay positive and composed when the pressure is on
• Previous hospitality, retail or quick-service restaurant experience is desirable
• Experience improving guest satisfaction or service standards is a bonus

• Monitor guest feedback, identify opportunities to improve and coach the team to deliver better experiences

What You’ll Do

As a Brand Ambassador Manager, you’ll be the leader of guest experience and emotional culture in the restaurant. You’ll build, coach and inspire a high-performing Brand Ambassador team, while setting the gold standard for how we make every guest Feel Special. Feel Valued. Feel Joy Always.

This isn’t simply a supervisory role. You’ll lead from the front, set the tone for the restaurant and make sure exceptional guest experiences are delivered consistently — even when we’re at our busiest.
