Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health and safety, and employment laws.
• Own restaurant performance, P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audits, and brand standards.

• Lead recruitment, development plans, and succession.
• Manage stock, inventory, ordering, and waste.
