Responsibilities

• Assist with structuring and establishment of Irish domiciled investment funds
• Draft and review documentation for investment funds and negotiate agreements
• Manage assigned matters and liaise with team members globally
• Create and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts
• Assist with legal and regulatory project management
• Prepare client advisories and build industry profile
