SEI Investments is seeking a Compliance Officer SIGL to join the Legal and Compliance Team. You will oversee regulatory compliance for UCITS and AIFM funds, engage with the Central Bank of Ireland, and help implement controls and training across the business.

The role offers exposure to multiple fund structures, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on investor protection within a dynamic regulatory environment.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years' Investment Funds Services industry experience in Europe essential.
• Deep understanding of UCITS, AIFMD, EU and Central Bank of Ireland regulatory requirements essential.
• Knowledge of Irish Funds regulatory environment, applicable laws, rules and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily oversight of the investment monitoring process for SIGL's funds and escalate where applicable.
• Complete reviews from the compliance monitoring programme within defined timeframes; follow up on findings (AML, AIFMD, UCITS, Outsourcing).
• Review and analyse correspondence from third parties (e.g., Central Bank of Ireland) for timely responses.
• Analyse regulatory developments and assess applicability to the business.
• Develop understanding of business, operating environment and fund structures.
• Assist with risk assessments and documentation updates (Compliance Manual, Policies and Procedures).
• Coordinate information requests for Themed Inspections from the CBI and PRISM interviews.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly Compliance reporting and Board materials.
• Support MLRO with AML monitoring activities.
