Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) is seeking a Funds Onboarding Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients and fund launches from Limerick, Ireland. You will coordinate with global teams to ensure data, systems and documentation are completed accurately and on time, acting as the trusted point of contact for clients throughout onboarding and subsequent launches.
The role requires strong communication, experience in Investment Operations or Risk Management, and a proactive, detail-oriented

Reporting to: Senior Fund Analyst
As a Funds Onboarding Specialist at Apex, you will play a key role in delivering successful fund launches and onboarding projects for a diverse global client base. In this client‑focused position, you will manage the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for new clients and fund implementations, working closely with teams across Ireland, Spain, India, Guernsey, and other international locations. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will coordinate onboarding activities, ensure data and system requirements are completed accurately and on time, and support clients through every stage of the process. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail‑oriented professional who enjoys problem‑solving, building strong relationships, and working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where they can make a direct impact on both client experience and business growth.
