Job summary

SMT Fund Services (Ireland) Limited, part of SuMi TRUST Global Asset Services, seeks an Administrator to join the AML team in Dublin. You will handle AML documentation, risk assessments, and investor file preparation while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

The role requires at least 2 years of AML experience and understanding of fund AML regulations, with strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2 years AML experience required.
• Knowledge of Investment Fund and AML legislation.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for fund administrators.

Responsibilities

• Re-papering Simplified and Low risk investors
• Assist in risk assessment of new and existing investors
• Prepare investor and client files for clearance
• Liaise with investors/clients to obtain AML documentation
• Maintain records of complete/incomplete AML investors
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required
• Set priorities, work independently, meet deadlines
• Deliver timely, accurate work with a structured approach
• Communicate with clients/colleagues professionally
• Adopt proactive, common-sense problem solving
• Maintain interest in career in Compliance and AML
• Strong knowledge of MS Office in designated areas
