Job summary

CMS Distribution is seeking a Customer Claims Specialist to own CMS’s Customer Funding and PA processes, bringing strong analytical capability and commercial awareness. You will independently manage complex funding scenarios, resolve escalations and ensure financial accuracy across funding workflows.

You will improve data quality, drive timely payment collection and support development of more efficient funding processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Dept. or other financial role is essential.
• A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced administrative role liaising with multiple teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• MS Office experience required.
• SAP experience would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Helpdesk operations and ensure SLA compliance.
• Serve as escalation point for funding and PA queries.
• Lead end-to-end PA process ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Validate funding availability and approvals for external activity.
• Review Funding/PA Debit Notes for completeness and impact.
• Maintain accuracy across funding workflows and data quality.
• Drive aged debt collection and escalate risks to speed recovery.
• Collaborate across Sales, Finance, Commercial, Operations and Credit.
• Coordinate onboarding funding requirements for new vendors.
