Zusammenfassung

Aztec Financial Services (Luxembourg) is seeking a Corporate Officer/Paralegal Officer to handle day‑to‑day administration of corporate and fund structures under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager.

You will build relationships with clients and colleagues, coordinate board matters and filings, and ensure records and regulatory filings are kept up to date. Training and progression through professional qualifications are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Law or Business Administration.
• 3–4 years’ experience as Corporate Officer or Paralegal Officer.
• Qualified or studying towards ICSA or an accounting qualification.
• Strong regulatory knowledge of corporate and fund structures.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop client and colleague relationships.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and contacts.
• Administer entities across corporate and fund vehicles.
• Coordinate board packs, minutes, and routine filings.
• Review work of junior team members where applicable.
• Prepare documents for company incorporation and filings.
• Assist with CDD on shareholders and maintain registers.
• Maintain accurate entity records and timely amendments.
• Liaise with notaries, government offices, tax authorities and banks.
• Ensure regulatory and statutory filings are timely.
