Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking a technically strong fund accounting professional to join our FAAS team, focusing on asset management and fund administration. The role involves delivering high-quality client work, supporting NAV production, system migrations, and fund setup across multiple engagements.

You will work with senior colleagues and mentor junior staff, leveraging experience with Geneva or Investran, and contribute to enhancing processes and controls in a multinational consulting

Qualifications

• 5-7 years relevant experience in fund accounting.
• Experience with large-scale projects in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Geneva or Investran is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide fund accounting expertise on projects and engagements, support NAV production.
• Assist with NAV calculations and related processes as required.
• Improve NAV production and fund administration processes by reducing timelines or enhancing controls.
• Reconcile Prime Broker, Custodian or Counterparty data to fund administration systems.
• Mentor junior staff and develop client materials.
• Act as SME in areas of prior experience (Geneva, Investran) to enhance delivery.
