Job summary

SEI Investments is seeking a Manager, Fund Accounting to lead a team in a high growth area. You will manage client relationships, ensure timely NAVs, and drive process improvements across the fund accounting function.

The role requires extensive experience in Alternative funds and a proven track record in mentoring staff. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in alternatives, 3+ years in a managerial capacity, and familiarity with Investran or Geneva.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in Alternative funds.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of fund structures, domiciles, and performance calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary senior point of contact for clients on accounting matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate NAVs are delivered.
• Ensure client service excellence and timely query resolution.
• Own root cause analysis and remediation.
• Lead department initiatives and operating model improvements.
• Ensure procedures and controls are adhered to.
• Manage resource planning and collaborate with other teams.
• Train, coach and mentor new employees; develop staff.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and third parties across SEI.
• Present Administrator's report at Fund Board Meetings as required.
• Review fund documents pre-launch and identify operational risks.
