Aztec Group is seeking a trainee accountant to carry out routine day-to-day accounting of fund structures under the direction of a Financial Reporting Manager. The role offers hybrid working and a clear pathway to ACCA/ACA qualifications with in-house training through the Aztec Academy.

You will develop expertise by handling investor reports, statutory statements, tax-related tasks, and cross-functional support with trainee staff.

Qualifikationen

• Studying towards ACCA Fundamental Skills or ACA Professional level.
• Some knowledge of financial services will be supported by Aztec Academy.
• Computer literacy is essential.

Aufgaben

• Bookkeep funds, management companies and fund structures.
• Prepare investor reports, statutory financial statements, and respond to queries.
• Complete routine audit queries and support reconciliations.
• Prepare and reconcile periodic bank statements and supporting docs.
