Job summary

Trust In SODA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a 6-month contract in Dublin. Start ASAP with 1 week on site and 3 weeks from home. Expected to work across Java, Spring Boot, REST microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud tech (AWS/Lambda).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST API Microservices, Kubernetes, Lambda, AWS.
• Experience with UI technologies (Angular, Javascript, Bootstrap, React) and modern front-end stacks.
• Hands-on leadership mentoring scrum teams building software for distributed, business-critical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with partners across business and architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.) and Agile practices.
• Oracle or equivalent RDBMS exposure and Unix shell scripting.

Hiring | Senior Software Engineer (+10 years) |Contract

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Location: 1 week on site in Dublin, 3 weeks working from home

Rate: €450 - €500 per day

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• You care about doing excellent work with excellent people.
• You are experienced with a variety of modern programming languages and frameworks. 7+ years of experience working with Java, Springboot, REST API Microservices, Kubernetes, Lambda, AWS
• Experience with UI technologies (Angular, Javascript, Bootstrap, React or other UI framework)
• You have hands‑on technical leadership experience leading and mentoring scrum teams focused on building software solutions for business critical, architecturally distributed experiences.
• You have strong communication skills and technical expertise to drive and influence in meaningful discussions with partners across business and architecture.
• Application design & development experience across the following:
• Experience with build, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes and tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, etc.)
• Experience of Agile development practices and the value they bring to development teams
• Oracle (or equivalent RDBMS) – exposure
• Working knowledge of Unix and shell scripting
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
