Job summary

CareChoice Swords is hiring a Full-Time Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Swords, Co. Dublin. You will assess, diagnose and treat service users, work with families and staff, and maintain detailed clinical documentation in line with CORU standards.

The role requires CORU registration, strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice, with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams in a nursing home setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Speech & Language Therapist with CORU.
• Strong clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively with service users, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and plan treatment for service users according to professional standards.
• Communicate results and recommendations to service users and relevant others.
• Document assessments, plans and notes in line with standards.
• Collaborate with service users, families and staff on goals and intervention planning.
• Attend clinics, meetings and case conferences as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and legal standards.
