Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supervisory/management role in Irish hospitality or nightlife.
• Irish Hospitality Experience essential.
• PSA Licence an advantage.
• Strong leadership under pressure, good judgment in difficult situations.

The Quays in Galway is a landmark late-night bar right in the heart of the Latin Quarter, famed for its Irish hospitality experience and as one of the city's most iconic music venues.

You'll oversee front-of-house operations during evening and late-night service, ensuring a smooth, safe, and immersive experience for guests and staff.
