Job summary

The Quays Galway invites an experienced Floor and Guest Experience Manager to lead the Front of House during evening and late-night service, ensuring a smooth, safe, and immersive guest experience in one of Ireland's most iconic venues.

You will oversee crowd flow, capacity, and licensing compliance, collaborate with sound and stage teams to keep the night on schedule, and assist with end-of-night reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supervisory/management role in Irish hospitality or nightlife.
• Irish Hospitality Experience essential.
• PSA Licence an advantage.
• Strong leadership under pressure, good judgment in difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crowd flow, capacity, and licensing compliance during live sets.
• Liaise with sound/stage teams to keep the night running on schedule.
• Assist with end-of-night reporting.
