Job summary

O'Donoghue Ring Collection in Killarney is seeking full-time bartenders for O'Donoghue Public House to join a busy hospitality team. You will take drink orders, serve with excellent customer service, and help maintain our 4 Star standards.

Experience is an advantage and a friendly, professional approach is essential. You must be 18+, fluent English and able to work weekends in a busy, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bar experience preferred.
• Cocktail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beers, wines and spirits.
• Professional and friendly approach with focus on service.
• Able to work in a busy environment and as part of a team.
• Fluent English is essential and permission to work in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities of this role are:

• To take drink orders from guests and serve them while maintaining the highest level of customer service
• To ensure our 4 Star standards are achieved at all times
• To ensure that all hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times
• To work as part of the team, and being flexible at all times
  
  

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Previous Bar experience is an advantage.
• Cocktail experience is an advantage
• Must have a good knowledge of beers, wines and spirits
• Must have a professional and friendly approach and focus on providing excellent customer service
• Must be able to work well in a busy environment and as part of a team.
• Fluent English is essential and permission to work in Ireland.
