Job summary

DigitalWell is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team, focusing on web-based services in AWS and MS Azure. You will leverage AI, ML, and automation to support our Intelligent Voice Network and CX technology clients, delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions.

The role is hybrid with a minimum of two days per week in our Limerick office, collaborating with product, support, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and maintain reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years professional software engineering experience.
• AWS certifications such as Cloud Practitioner or Developer – Associate are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between internal and external systems.
• Develop and support full-stack applications (React/Next.js frontend, .NET Core backend).
• Build event-driven, serverless solutions using AWS services.
• Support and evolve customer-facing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
• Manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable releases.
• Troubleshoot and support production systems.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.
