Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a founder-led startup to hire a Full-Stack Engineer (Web3-DeFi) based in Ireland. The role is fully remote, offering ownership of core product features from day one and close collaboration with the founding team to shape technical direction.

You will develop both frontend and backend components, integrating with DeFi protocols, DEX aggregators, cross-chain bridges, and crypto APIs across ecosystems. The environment rewards initiative and rapid execution.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in crypto or Web3 development.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development from conception through implementation.
• Architect and build integrations with DeFi protocols, DEX aggregators, cross-chain bridges, and data providers.
• Develop polished, responsive, and performant user interfaces using Next.js, React, and TailwindCSS.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, and WebSockets.
• Proactively identify technical challenges, propose solutions, and independently drive execution.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to define technical direction, architecture, and product strategy.
• Contribute to product quality, security, performance, and continuous improvement.
