Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is partnering with a leading financial services organisation in Dublin to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer. The role focuses on hands-on delivery while providing technical leadership across large-scale digital platforms.

You will shape architecture, drive micro frontend initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders using Angular, .NET/C#, and Azure to build scalable cloud solutions in a hybrid Dublin-based setup.

We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation in Dublin to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing technology team delivering large-scale digital platforms and products.

This is an opportunity for a senior engineer who enjoys being hands-on while also providing technical leadership, driving architectural decisions, and guiding teams through the successful delivery of complex initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading architecture, design, and development across the full stack
• Driving delivery of complex, multi-workstream projects
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams
• Defining and implementing Micro Frontend architectures
• Working with Angular, .NET, and Azure to build scalable cloud-based solutions
• Collaborating with stakeholders and communicating architectural decisions and technical strategy

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with Angular (90%)
• Experience with .NET/C# (10%) and Microsoft Azure
• Expertise in Micro Frontends
• Proven technical leadership and software delivery experience
• Ability to explain architectural decisions, trade-offs, and solution design approaches
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
