Clarks Outlet in Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations.

This hands-on role requires a proactive leader who can motivate staff, deliver great customer service, and ensure sales targets are met across a busy store.

You will work a flexible 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, with experience in POS systems and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving performance.
• Ability to analyse KPIs and respond to trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations and customer service in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support Store Manager in coaching and developing team members.
• Drive daily performance to meet sales targets and service standards.
• Ensure smooth operations, stock control, and loss prevention.

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This role is a blend of leadership, customer service, and operational management. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who can step in wherever needed to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets performance goals.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable in driving KPI’s and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

• Strong communication and Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Flexibility to work a7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
