Job summary

Clarks in Ireland (Leinster) is seeking a friendly and reliable Sales Associate to provide an exceptional consumer experience in-store and to help achieve set KPIs. You will sell footwear and accessories while maintaining high retail standards both at the front and back of house.

The role requires a flexible 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, with weekend days and several late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers' experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI's by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Availability to work full Weekend Days and at least 3 late nights during the week.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.

About the role:

Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.
