Job summary

Clarks Ireland is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in-store, selling shoes and accessories through the Clarks selling models, and to support in upholding high retail standards front and back of house. You will expand product knowledge and share friendly, helpful service with customers.

The role requires flexibility for a seven-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, and a full-time contract.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience, utilising technology to enhance the consumer's experience and stay up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI's by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas to deliver high brand and retail standards.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Full-time availability for this contract.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.
