Job summary

Bidvest Noonan seeks a Front of House Receptionist to work at our client’s premises. You will deliver a welcoming reception for telephone and in-person visitors, ensuring high-quality service and excellent timekeeping in a high-profile environment.

Role demands professional presentation, clear communication, and the ability to act calmly under pressure while supporting mall management and external contractors as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position is desirable.
• Calm personality and ability to manage multiple situations.
• Proactive, hardworking and professional by nature.

Responsibilities

• Develop excellent relationships with retailers, mall management and external contractors.
• Deliver a high level of customer service.
• Answer all telephone calls promptly and politely.
• Keep the reception area tidy and well presented at all times.
• Maintain an up-to-date out-of-hours contact list.
• Communicate effectively with all relevant individuals within the Mall.
• Assist mall management during centre emergencies.
• Manage car park staff and tenant parking on behalf of Reef.
