Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to respond to issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors promptly and follow correct protocols.
• Manage day-to-day running of the building and reception areas.
• Maintain exceptional service in reception and meeting suites; contact hosts as needed.
• Stay updated on policies, systems, and developments to assist staff and visitors.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and route to the appropriate person or take messages.
• Coordinate with Building Management and manage car parking logistics.
