Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with Team Lead/PS Manager; act as first escalation point
• Create and maintain a high-quality, professional work environment
• Escalate issues to Team Lead to meet performance targets
• Assist Team Lead in training and mentoring staff
• Undertake additional duties/projects during the year
• Handle courteous phone service and email queries promptly
• Protect data and report GDPR breaches to the Team Lead
• Assist in handling and recording complaints locally
• Ensure patient and visitor needs are met and greeted professionally
• Utilize call management system to log summaries and ensure accuracy
