Job summary

Perk is seeking an outstanding Executive / VIP Travel Consultant to deliver elite seven-star service to senior leaders and high-value corporate clients. This role is built on personalized, time-critical travel, not just transactions.

You will manage end-to-end itineraries across air, hotel, and ground transport, using GDS systems with a strong focus on CSAT, discretion, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-touch premium travel or luxury service.
• GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar).
• Understanding of contact centre performance metrics like CSAT and productivity.
• Polished, discreet communication and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of executive and VIP travel including air, hotel, and transport.
• Provide expert recommendations aligned with policy and duty of care.
• Handle high-impact disruptions with speed and empathy.
• Manage multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain premium service while meeting KPIs like handle time and SLA adherence.
• Build long-term relationships with executive travelers through consistent service.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain elite service culture.
