Job summary

Perk is seeking an outstanding Executive / VIP Travel Consultant to deliver seven‑star service to senior leaders and high‑value corporate clients. This role is highly personalized, time‑critical, and relationship‑driven, leveraging hospitality experience and GDS know‑how.

You will manage end‑to‑end travel (air, hotel, ground transport), provide expert recommendations, handle disruptions with empathy, and maintain premium service while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Premium customer service experience delivering high-touch travel.
• GDS experience with Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
• Solid understanding of contact centre metrics and CSAT.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Executive and VIP travel (air, hotel, ground).
• Provide expert recommendations aligned to policies and preferences.
• Handle urgent disruptions with empathy and speed.
• Manage multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a fast-paced environment.
• Balance premium service with productivity KPIs and SLA adherence.
• Build long-term relationships with executive travellers.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain elite service culture.
