Qualifications

• A relevant degree (Marketing/Business) or ~1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Solid grasp of core digital ad metrics and performance drivers.
• Ability to learn ad platforms and present solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new advertisers and guide existing clients on ad formats and campaigns.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow client accounts.
• Analyze campaign metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS) to optimize spend.
• Research potential partners across EU markets and tailor pitches.
