Job summary

Logiskills Group in Ireland (Hybrid) seeks an experienced Freight Sales Executive to win new customers and grow profitable, recurring business across European road, air, and ocean freight, including customs.

You will develop relationships, manage pipeline, and target imports/exports, warehousing, and container shipments across the Irish network, with a base salary of €50,000 plus car and commission.

Qualifications

• Proven freight forwarding or logistics sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish freight market.
• Experience selling road freight, customs or logistics services.
• Existing contacts across Irish importers, exporters, manufacturers or distributors.
• Proven ability to generate leads, win meetings and convert customers.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Ability to manage your own pipeline independently.
• Results-driven approach focused on profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Win new customers and develop profitable, recurring business across European road freight, import & export freight, customs clearance, warehousing & distribution, and container shipments.
• Focus on European FTL & LTL road freight; handle international freight requirements.
• Develop and manage relationships with Irish importers, exporters, manufacturers or distributors to grow volume.
• Generate leads, set meetings and convert prospects into customers.
• Negotiate terms and prices to ensure profitable growth.
• Own and manage your sales pipeline from lead to closure.

The Role

You will focus on winning new customers and developing profitable, recurring business across:

• European FTL & LTL road freight
• Import & export freight
• Customs and specialist clearance
• Warehousing & distribution
• Container and international freight
