Job summary

Primtac Personnel LTD is seeking an experienced Sea Freight Operations Executive to join our busy Dublin team.

You will manage FCL/LCL import and export shipments, use CargoWise for shipment updates, coordinate customs, prepare documentation, and liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. Excellent communication and independent working style are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Sea Freight / Import & Export.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Customs clearance experience desirable.
• Confident dealing with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Able to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and scan documents and send pre-alerts.
• Complete invoicing.
• Deal with customer and accounts queries by phone and email.
• Ensure shipments are managed accurately and within required deadlines.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm with a 1-hour unpaid break. Flexibility required depending on business needs.
