Job summary

ITARMI seeks an experienced L2 Network Field Engineer to deploy and support network infrastructure across multiple client sites in Ireland. You’ll be hands-on with routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi, solving real-world challenges in the field.

You will perform site surveys, rack & stack, patching, and cabling, while coordinating with remote NOC/L3 teams to ensure smooth migrations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and supporting routers, switches, firewalls and Wi‑Fi solutions onsite.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently at client sites.
• Familiar with rack and stack, patching, structured cabling and site surveys.
• Ability to coordinate with remote NOC and L3 teams.

• Experience with vendors such as Cisco, Juniper Networks, Fortinet, or Aruba Networks
• Comfortable working independently onsite
• Own toolkit & reliable transport (where required)
