Qualifications

• 3+ years in incident response within security, product abuse or trust domains.
• 3+ years analyzing large data sets for fraud detection.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of Python and SQL, plus familiarity with other languages.
• Experience with log analysis, network security, and incident response investigations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, mitigate, and remediate urgent fraud incidents using FT3 mappings.
• Analyze high-risk accounts to identify fraudulent merchants and vectors.
• Lead root cause analyses to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with security, fraud and data science teams on agentic solutions.
• Communicate with legal and policy teams to mitigate risks.
• Mentor teammates and champion quality standards.
