Job summary

Morgan McKinley partners with a growing property/construction business in Dublin to appoint an FP&A Analyst. You will report to the FP&A Manager and help develop the organisation’s FP&A function across forecasting, budgeting, modelling, cash flow and management reporting.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with 3+ years PQE and strong Excel/analytical skills, plus the ability to engage with senior and non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE.
• Strong FP&A, financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Confident working with senior and non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience in a project-based, construction or property environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Build and maintain financial models across P&L, cash flow and balance sheet.
• Deliver variance, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare monthly FP&A reports, dashboards and management commentary.
• Partner with Commercial and operational teams to understand performance, costs and margins.
• Provide insight and constructive challenge to improve forecast accuracy and decision-making.
• Support reporting, process improvement and ad hoc finance projects.
