Job summary

Barden | B Corp is seeking a qualified accountant to join their team as a Senior FP&A Accountant on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for permanency. The role offers flexible working arrangements with 3 days a week in the office in West Dublin.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years post-qualification FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills, and a proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualified accounting professional with 3 to 5 years post qualified FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Prior industry experience in a commercial role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Head of FP&A in preparing and coordinating the quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts.
• Preparation and ownership of a range of financial models for commercial decision making.
• Perform ongoing KPI analysis and cash flow forecasting.
• Business partnering with operational managers to develop business cases and ensure flow of financial information.
• Continually identify areas for process improvement.
• Ad-hoc projects as they arise.

They are looking for a qualified accountant to join their team as an Senior FP&A Accountant on a 12 month fixed term contract, with a strong view to permanency. ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role provides an excellent step into a high caliber FP&A team. Main duties and responsibilities will include:
