Job summary

Lette is building an AI-native back office for rental operations. You will design, build, and scale the core platform, shaping architecture and product direction with founders and early customers.

This role is not a narrow IC workstream and offers equity and a competitive salary. You will own features end to end, work across stack using TS, React, Node.js, Prisma and PostgreSQL, and integrate with fintech APIs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fast-paced engineering environments
• Exposure to infrastructure and backend (Prisma + PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS Fargate via CDK)
• Product-mindedness and curiosity about AI-native workflows
• AI-native thinking: prompt chaining, function calling, semantic search
• High agency: identify problems, fix them, and communicate clearly
• Generalist mindset: comfortable switching between frontend, backend, infra, and debugging
• Strong collaboration in async, remote-first environments with tools like Slack/Notion/GitHub

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale the core platform with founders and early customers
• Influence architecture and product direction
• Own features end to end from design to deployment
• Work across the stack using TypeScript, React, Node.js, Prisma and PostgreSQL
• Integrate with core systems, fintech providers, and industry APIs
