Job summary

Paires is hiring its Founding AI Engineer to own the agent layer of an AI-first fundraising platform. You will build the core agent system that researches investors, drafts human-like outreach, and manages investor conversations end to end, plus the matching engine that powers founder-investor pairs.

You will ship to production with Python, Postgres, Supabase and AWS, using the Claude Agent SDK and Pydantic AI to scale. This is a hands-on builder seat with equity potential and fully remote work.

Qualifications

• Shipping production software in a fast-growing company.
• Experience delivering an end-to-end AI-driven product.
• Proven track record with LLM systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent layer and matching engine from development to production.
• Build scalable backend in Python and integrate with data stores.
• Design evals and ensure output quality.
