Job summary

Independent Express Cargo in Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our busy logistics team. You will pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch with accuracy, while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

Key requirements include warehouse experience, strong attention to detail and teamwork. Desirable licences include Forklift (FLT) and VNA; MS Outlook/Excel/Word literacy is beneficial. This is an in-person, full-time role with on-site parking and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or pick-and-pack environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists or handheld scanners.
• Pack products securely for safe transport and delivery.
• Label, sort and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Receive, unload and store incoming goods in designated locations.
• Carry out stock checks and assist with inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily productivity targets.
