Independent Express Cargo in Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our busy logistics team. You will pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch with accuracy, while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

Key requirements include warehouse experience, strong attention to detail and teamwork. Desirable licences include Forklift (FLT) and VNA; MS Outlook/Excel/Word literacy is beneficial. This is an in-person, full-time role with on-site parking and benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Experience

• Essential: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or pick-and-pack environment is preferred.

Desirable

• A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
• VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) truck licence or experience operating VNA equipment.
• Candidates without FLT or VNA licences are encouraged to apply, as these qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Knowledge

• PC literacy, MS Outlook, Excel and Word
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial
