Sam Dennigan & Company uc. in North Co. Dublin is seeking a Reach / Counterbalance Forklift Driver for the Nights Department at our busy depot in Oldtown, Palmerstown. The role involves loading and unloading, moving stock to pallets, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is required and must be valid.

Responsibilities

Sam Dennigan & Company uc. the largest Irish owned fresh produce and logistics Company based in North Co. Dublin, are currently recruiting for the position ofReach / Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Days for our Nights Department in our busy Depot in Oldtown, Palmerstown, North Co. Dublin.

Job Purpose:

Loading and unloading warehouse material, optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency and identifying any damages to vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• To operate and manage industrial Forklift Trucks, to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks.
• Unloading materials from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places.
• Locating and movingstock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations.
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs.
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
• Comply with Company Policies and legal guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.

Experience/Requirements:

• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• Valid certification to operate Forklifts.
• Fluency in English.
