Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ supervision experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications – Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Keep to program, within hours and materials budgets.
• Record and implement all variations.
• Monitor progress on site, including timekeeping (arrival, departure, breaks).
• Integrate and supervise the work of subcontractors.
• Be responsible for all on-site staff, ensuring welfare and motivation.
• Maintain company interests at all times.
• Manage materials and plant per Purchasing/Warehouse policy and ensure adequate stock.
• Ensure right personnel are available when needed.
• Complete Pipework Quality Installation Checklist as project progresses and submit to PM.
• Provide feedback to team members, including praise and constructive guidance.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and management requests.
• Complete and submit all paperwork
• Comply with QEHS Management System requirements
• Contribute towards achieving company objectives

Therole will be reporting to the Project Manager and will be responsible forsupervising/managing sites in accordance with policies. This will includemonitoring timekeeping, reporting absences, supervising and giving feedback onemployees, work performance, liaising with site personnel, meeting deadlinesand attending site meetings.

• Keeping to program, within hours andmaterials budgets

• Completing Pipework Quality InstallationChecklist as the project progresses, submitting signed and completed copy toProject Manager at end of project
• Giving feedback to team members whenrequired – positive and constructive; giving praise where necessary for workwell done and advice when improvement in performance is required. NotifyingProject Manager and/or Human Resources of any areas of concern with teammembers performance
• Adhering to all Company policies,procedures and requests from Management
• Completing and submitting all paperworkrequested at all times
• Comply with QEHS Management Systemrequirements
• Contribute towards achieving companyobjectives
