Sweaty Betty is seeking a customer-focused store associate in Ireland to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. You will help customers select footwear and outfits, share product knowledge, and maintain inviting visual merchandising across the store.

You will work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for training, bonuses, and staff discounts. A positive attitude and excellent communication are essential to build rapport with customers and support team

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
