Job summary

Manor Farm in Shercock, County Cavan, is hiring General Operatives for the MCPH Day Shift. This permanent, full-time role offers a 40-hour work week on a fast-moving production line behind one of Ireland’s best known food brands.

You’ll set up and operate cutting, packing, weighing and labelling equipment, follow the daily plan, and maintain safety, hygiene and quality standards while keeping your area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Good English and clear communication required.
• Basic numeracy skills needed.
• Reliable team player who is punctual and eager to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment for cutting, packing, weighing and labelling.
• Follow the daily production plan with the team to meet quality, throughput, and efficiency targets.
• Work in line with health and safety, food safety, hygiene and PPE requirements.
