Matrix Recruitment is recruiting a FoodMicrobiologist for our manufacturing client based in South Kildare. This is a permanent role for an experienced Microbiologist with strong hands-on laboratory experience in traditional microbiology testing and environmental monitoring.

Carry out microbiology testing on raw materials, production samples and finished products with plating, culturing, incubation and colony counting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Microbiology, Biology or related discipline with a strong microbiology focus.
• Minimum 3 years' hands-on food microbiology experience.
• Strong practical experience in plating, culturing, incubation and colony counting.
• Experience with environmental monitoring and swabbing.
• Ability to interpret microbiology results and support investigations.
• Good understanding of GMP, GLP and laboratory procedures.
• Experience within a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• This role requires practical traditional microbiology experience.
