The iNUA Collection Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Cork team. You will oversee daily F&B operations across outlets, lead a breakfast team, and support events.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, mentoring staff, controlling costs, and maintaining health and safety standards, with opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets including restaurant, bar, and meeting/events facilities.
• Supervise and coordinate F&B team members ensuring policy adherence and high service standards.
• Assist in training and development of F&B staff to maintain a skilled team.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies while controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean environment.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with management to improve F&B offerings and guest experiences.
• Conduct regular inspections of F&B outlets to ensure quality and identify improvements.
• Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Job description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at one of our hotel within The iNUA Collection Hospitality Group.

As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dining establishments, maintaining our high standards of service, and contributing to the overall guest satisfaction. You will mainly be working in our breakfast team and in meetings & events.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, and meeting and events facilities.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the F&B team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide exceptional service to guests.
• Assist in training, and development of F&B team members to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to meet operational needs while controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving F&B offerings, enhancing guest experiences, and driving revenue.
• Conduct regular inspections of the F&B outlets to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and other activities to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage department of a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Proven ability to effectively manage resources, control costs, and maximise profitability.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the demands of the business.
