Job summary

The Samuel Hotel, part of Dalata Hotel Group plc, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to own and elevate their teams’ performance while driving guest satisfaction in a dynamic hotel environment. The role focuses on shaping team culture, delivering excellence, and contributing to overall hotel strategy within the Dalata portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in supervisory roles in restaurants, strong English proficiency, and are capable of leading across front office and F&B

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in Restaurants.
• Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Customer‑oriented and professional attitude.
• Outgoing personality and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction across multiple departments including front office and F&B.
• Encourage positive TripAdvisor reviews to improve standing.
• Gather complaints from TripAdvisor, TrustYou, comment cards, and Optimus reports.
• Check the Optimus sheet daily and communicate findings to department heads for corrective training.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure guest satisfaction both proactively and reactively, across multiple departments including the front office and F&B.
• Increase our standing on TripAdvisor by encouraging satisfied guests to leave positive reviews on the website.
• Gather complaints from TripAdvisor, TrustYou, comment cards, and Optimus reports.
• Check the Optimus sheet daily.
• Email a copy of the complaints sheet to department heads and discuss any necessary corrective training.

What You Will Need:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in Restaurants.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Experience in a 3/ 4 star hotel.
• Proficiency in English.
• Computer literacy.
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
• An outgoing personality.
